Though we make every effort to accurately determine the background of every applicant, we cannot warrant or guarantee that any Registered or Certified applicant has been entirely truthful or forthcoming on their application. Therefore we cannot guarantee any information about anyone who uses the title Certified Martial Artist or Registered Martial Artist, either with or without our license to do so.

As a condition of use, users agree to indemnify and hold forever harmless The Martial Arts Certification Authority and all directors, owners, agents, contractors, and employees from any and all liability associated with the use of our titles and logos or persons claiming to be Registered or Certified.

User acknowledges that "Certified Martial Artist", "Certified Martial Arts" "Registered Martial Artist," "Registered Martial Arts", and the "Martial Arts Certification Authority" are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Martial Arts Certification Authority, owned and operated by Atlantic Defense a division of Mims Innovations, Inc. and protected by national and international law. These terms and the associated logos may only be used under license from the Martial Arts Certification Authority. All other use is strictly prohibited.
