Steps to Martial Arts Certification

1. Complete the Application for Registered Martial Artist Status
• Answer the questions about your background
• Add 3 professional references
• Add biographical information to be used on the web site
2. Upload or mail a copy of your Photo ID.
3. Upload or mail all other supporting documentation, including military discharge papers, citizenship, etc.
4. Complete the Application for Martial Arts Certification
5. Upload or mail copies of your promotion certificates, certification cards, diplomas, competition results, etc. Include applicant ID in correspondence.
6. Pay the registration or certification fee.
7. If your instructor is not yet certified, refer your instructor. If your instructor becomes certified you may be eligible to receive a partial refund.
8. Refer your students for certification and receive a commission for each student who becomes certified.
